Abstract
Highlights include: “What Makes Modem Poetry Modern" was the topic of a lecture given by Louis Untermeyer in the Sacred Heart University Library lecture hall --Osvaldo Suarez, a 1971 SHU graduate in Sociology, came to talk to the Spanish classes on teaching in the inner city --One hundred counselors from 33 different high schools in southw estern Connecticut visited Sacred Heart university recently during a three day period to learn about new programs and developments at SHU --The Faculty Bike Club has scheduled a fall bicycle rally starting in the Library parking lot. The tour will cover roughly 25 to 30 miles and will go around the Hemlock and Saugatuck Reservoirs --SHU, Marist soccer tie.
