Current health care trends, the aging population, advances in medical technology combined with the new legislative mandates are creating more employment opportunities within the health care environment. The National Bureau of Labor Statistic projects ten of the 20 fastest growing occupations as health-care related.
The Bachelor of Science in Health Science is designed to meet this growing demand of health care professionals. The degree offers two distinct tracks, The Pre-Professional Track and The Leadership Track, to meet both the needs of the students entering the health care arena and those currently wishing to advance into management and leadership positions.
