The Federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure Act of Campus Crime and Fire Statistics is a report that includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes and fires that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings, or property owned or controlled by Sacred Heart University.
This report is updated annually and contains statistics on public property within the Clery definition for property that is leased or owned by SHU. Institutional policies and procedures concerning campus security, crime or fire reporting, fire drills, fire related injuries and property damage, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, alcohol, drugs, weapons, emergency procedures, emergency contact information, and other related matters are also included in this report.
