Abstract
Technology negatively affects children under different socioeconomic statuses, psychologically, physically, and has made education rely more on computers than ever before due to technological advancement and the coronavirus pandemic. Early exposure to technology can affect children’s personal lives, relationships, and overall physical health. Too much screen time results in a poor psychological well-being for children. The digital divide in education has increased due to virtual learning because of the coronavirus pandemic impacting children's overall learning experiences. In my poster the key negative effects technology has had on children are highlighted and my paper attached goes into more detail on the research I obtained on this issue.
