Abstract
This paper presents a critical review of the increasing trend of Space Privatization in the Aerospace sector of the US and global economy, primarily concerning the rise of SpaceX as the main aerospace provider for the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA), and how it came to be, as well as describing the possible motives of these private space companies.
