Abstract

Jet Lag is a podcast that gives listeners an inside look at everything happening with the New York Jets—from breaking news and predictions to fun segments and my own takes on the team. The goal of this project was to gain hands-on experience creating original content and managing everything that comes with it: producing, planning, editing, communication, creative direction, and running social media accounts. By using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, I learned how to build and manage my own brand, engage with an online audience, and adapt content to fit current trends and viral sounds. This helped me grow my page and reach a wider audience. Overall, this project gave me real-world experience that I hope to carry into a future career—ideally working with the New York Jets themselves.
