Description

Previous research conducted on the effectiveness of teaching stress management skills to undergraduate college students has focused on short term success. In this presentation I will discuss the results obtained from a 1 year follow up survey that was given to students enrolled in my first year stress management seminar. In addition, I will review the stress management techniques students reported to be the most beneficial in reducing their stress levels. This information is extremely important and relevant as we navigate our way through new challenges.
