Abstract

O trabalho descreve um modelo de analise quantitativa que permita investigar a variabilidade na duração do período de vigência do currículo escolar. Apresenta dados de base que indicam a “Estabilidade Temporal” dos currículos da escola secundaria brasileira entre 1838 e 1971. Introduz os conceitos e os coeficientes de Tempo de Implementação Legislada, Tempo de Implementação Efetiva, e Tempo de Implementação Regularização.

The paper describes a model for quantitatively analyzing the variability in the duration of an officially implemented school curriculum. It presents baseline data that indicates the “Temporal Stability” of the curricula of the Brazilian secondary school for the period 1838 to 1971. It introduces coefficients related to the Legislated Duration, the Actual Duration, and the Normalizing Duration of individual and of sets of curricula.
