Abstract
Globalization is undoubtedly one of the most significant phenomena in our world today, and literary scholarship of the last twenty years has become increasingly invested in examining works within a global context. Evan Gottlieb's Global Romanticism: Origins, Orientations, and Engagements, 1760–1820 explores how a wide range of British Romantic writers viewed themselves in relation to the world.
