Abstract

A significant part of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (Act) was the expansion of the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court.

Comments

At the time the article was published, Kenneth A. Graham was Assistant Attorney General, State of Connecticut and an adjunct instructor in the Legal Assistant program at Sacred Heart University.
