Abstract
Supervised physical therapy is retrospectively reported to provide symptomatic relief and functional improvement in a series of patients with degenerative medial meniscus tear; however, it was not clear what therapy was provided. There is no clinical study reporting the effectiveness of knee varus mobilization to a patient with degenerative medial meniscus tear. Therefore, the purpose of this report was to present the effect of using knee varus mobilization in a patient who had knee pain related to degenerative medial meniscus tear.
