Abstract
Multiple Scerlosis (MS) is a progressive neurological disorder that can limit a person's ability to lead an active life. Exercise is beneficial to improve walking ability, energy levels, physical function, and overall quality of life. This column describes the epidemiology, management, exercise benefits, risks, and exercise goals for people with MS.
