Abstract
Our images of God have a powerful impact upon all aspects of our spirituality, and in effect determine how we will worship God, and how we will practice our faith. This thesis will explore not only some of the more common images of God present in today's society, but also how these images are formed, and how they are re-formed. ... The purpose that this thesis hopes to achieve is to open our hearts and minds to the power that our images of God have upon us as individuals, and in community as a Church; and to take an objective look at where we've been as a Church, how our images of God have changed ove the centuries, and where these images may be leading us in the future.
