Rocks and Roots is SHU's first magazine. It served as an outlet for creative writing, the arts, and scholarly presentation. It was published biannually by the students and printed by SHU Press. This publication was initially funded by the administration. The winter 1968 issue and later issues feature advertisers or sponsors.
