Abstract
Highlights include: SHU's new smoking policy takes smoking out of the hallways completely and limits it to Chubby’s and outside areas only. This new policy comes in the wake of the Surgeon General’s recent reports concerning the dangers of secondhand smoke to non-smokers --Dr. Richard E.
