Abstract
Highlights include: The Senate had its first organizational meeting of the year on October 29th. The University Senate, currently in its fifth year, is the representative, legislative body which formulates policy for the University. The body is currently composed of twenty faculty members, six administrators, and ten students --Several criticisms from within the university have been aimed at the drama organization --Recollection of last years' “paint-in” in the student lounge—pensiveness, laughter, silent criticism, paint on the floor, and most important, the production of art from the brushes (and fingers) of “nonartists” --King and Queen Contest --Thursday Open Forum set: On whether or not Richard Nixon should be impeached --Task Force Committee was formed in the Fall of last • year at the request of Mr. Kidera, and was charged with the responsibility of investigating “the status of women in teaching and other related fields on the Sacred Heart University campus --Tennis Club dies.
