Abstract
Includes a statement by then President William H. Conley that Sacred Heart University was conceived in the innovative spirit of Vatican II and patterned upon a unique system of lay controlled education, committed to the traditional philosophy of Christian liberal education.
The Dedication includes the day's program and descriptions and floor plans of all three levels of the new library building.
