Abstract
Lhermitte sign, a measure of spinal cord compression, was reported as a first sign heralding multiple sclerosis. It was not clear if a positive Lhermitte sign portends a poor outcome in a case of posttraumatic cervical spine fracture. Therefore, the purpose of this case report was to present the outcome of a recovering incomplete spinal cord injured (SCI) ambulatory patient who had a positive Lhermitte sign
