Abstract
Individualized exercise program designed for a 45 year old woman on medication for high blood pressure, has had two knee surgeries, diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (causes weight gain), and exercises as much as possible around her children's schedule.
The desired outcome of program is to increase mobility, flexibility, and weight loss to keep up with children.
